2014 SAUVIGNON BLANC - $19.95
Super floral nose full of lime blossom, tropical tangerine, Honeydew melon and a hint of cut herbs. Big, complex flavors of Honeydew, Key lime, and orange Creamsicle, with a bright, lingering finish of tangerine and hints of pineapple.
2014 TERRACED GOLD-
Our estate grown blend of viongier, pinot gris, and chardonnay. Clean and crisp, medium-bodied blend with a hint of summer. Full of floral aromas and a rich, smooth texture that pairs nicely with fettuccini tossed in a creamy alfredo sauce.
2014 CHARDONNAY - $19.95
This oak-aged Chardonnay presents with a delicious hint of floral on the nose. Detect faint hints of peaches, toasted nuts and sweet cream in this smooth and very easy-on-the palate Chardonnay. Enjoy with fish, fowl, and friends.
2013 Watauga River White- $18.95
This semi-sweet Watauga County grown Seyval is a wine that will appeal to both sweet and dry wine drinkers. With 2% sugar it starts sweet and fruity and finishes dry and crisp.
2014 PINOT GRIS
This light, refreshing wine has aromas of orange blossom, pear and citrus. With plenty of juicy flavors and a slight, tart, mineral acidic finish leaving you wanting more.
50% American/French oak fermented and sur lie aged blended with 50% stainless steel fermented and aged this chardonnay has something for every one. Ripe tropical fruit flavors with a touch of nuts and butter helps make this a well-balanced wine for all to enjoy.
2014 SUNSET ROSÉ
At 5% sugar this North Carolina grown sweet muscadine wine will you back to your southern origins. Excellent for dessert or anytime!
2013 Pearls of the Vine
The first ever 100% Watauga County grown "Pearl Wine" (slightly sparkling wine.) This blend of 65% Sayvel and 35% Traminette starts with intense floral aromas flowed by a spritz, fruity and refreshing pallet that includes flavors of fresh lemons and peaches.

We find our cider to be as unique as the Appalachian Mountains themselves. A combination of both heirloom apples and asian pears creates the base of this cider. After the fermentation process, we dry hopped it for a week with Nelson Sauvin hops. The natural fruit flavors fused with the hops delivers the taste of a true Appalachian experience that you can enjoy with both family and friends.
2014 CAB FRANC ROSÉ- $16.95
This elegant Rose delights the senses, beginning with a beautiful blush colors. With hints of peaches and strawberries and a nice crisp finish this wine is great for any occasion .
2012 Pinot Noir- $19.95
An elegant, medium-bodied wine with the essence of tobacco, cherries and plums. Satisfying hints of strawberries and vanilla create a long, smooth finish. Pairs nicely with mushroom risoto and braised short ribs.
Scents of smoky oak, jammy raisin-rhubarb, and coffee. An exciting velvet carousel of chocolate covered black cherries with a finish of coffee bean and raisins. Great with barbecue.
2012 RED SCHOLAR
This wine was produced in collaboration with Ivory Tower Inc. a non-profit with a mission of supporting and enhancing research and education in fermentation sciences. Students from Appalachian State University worked with Grandfather Vineyard and Winery to produce this wine; proceeds from this sale will go back to support students just like them and to advancing the mission of the Ivory Tower. Supporting education and research has never tasted so good!
