CURRENT WINE SELECTION
FROM GRAPE TO BOTTLE
All of our wines are made right on property from grape to bottle. While we are unable to grow all the fruit on site, we source over 65% of our grapes from the High Country and surrounding areas with the remainder of our grapes coming from out west. Our winemaking facility is located at the corner of our auxiliary parking lot and houses all the machinery like our crusher/destemmer and press that we use to harvest and process the grapes. Inside we have our tank room for white wine and barrel room for reds. We are currently offering private tastings and tours of our winery one Friday a month.

This silver medal winning blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot is a fan favorite! You’ll find notes of cherry, plum and bright red fruit present. This blend pays homage to our beloved vineyard dogs, leaving a lasting impression; much like our furry friends. For each bottle purchased, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Avery and Watauga County Humane Societies.

This wine, hand chosen by our Head Winemaker is a single varietal Syrah. This small batch wine truly exemplifies the fruits of our labor and includes a red hand waxed top dipped by our Winemaker. Since we have a limited amount this wine will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

This wine holds a special place in our hearts. It symbolizes our transformation from just a little hobby vineyard to a family owned commercial operation. There were only 25 cases of this produced & each bottle is hand numbered, hand dipped in black wax and signed by our owners. Included with our flights are informative tasting notes to guide you through your experience and palette cleansers.
