Sourcing Local

Since our inception in 2011, we have worked with growers from coast to coast to bring our patrons a wide selection of wines. Currently, we source roughly 65% of our grapes from the High Country and surrounding counties and roughly 35% come from out west. We built our new winery facility in 2022 which houses our tank room and barrel room. This is also where all the winemaking occurs. On our crushpad we have our crusher/destemmer and 2 different presses. The smaller of the two is ideal for small batch lots while our newer and larger press can process up to 3-4 tons at a time which has proven to be a helpful upgrade for us as we tackle the busy season of harvest. This past harvest (2024) we processed over 100 tons of grapes. Our new winery facility was built so that we can grow to 10,000 cases within the next few years. As it stands, we are currently producing around 6500 cases of wine.
