Join us and our vendors, Boone Chocolat and Pop-Up Provisions by Chef Ulysses, for a day of munching in the vines.
Sip away and support our local chef; a Miami native of Argentine and Cuban heritage, Chef Ulysses Gonzalez brings over two decades of culinary expertise-and deep Latin American roots-to the table. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran turned chef, his journey began in the family kitchen. Today, he leads SIA Provisions, blending elevated private dining with vibrant South American influence, and TUE, his Argentine wine label inspired by regional terroir. Chef Ulysses also brings a rich history of open-fire cooking, deeply rooted in Argentine culinary tradition. Spending half of the year in the High Country (with plans to be a year-round resident in the near future), his connection for Western North Carolina is undoubtedly reflected in his cooking, blending his love for the mountains with his passion for South American flavors.
Support our local chocolatier, Suzanne Clouzeau and her bon bon cart, Boone Chocolat. Her intense love for chocolate came from living in Paris, France for several years, where she indulged in the very best French and Belgian chocolates. Suzanne graduated with honors from Ecole Chocolat, in Vancouver and she earned her Master Chocolatier designation from Ecole Du Grand Chocolat Valrhona in Train L' Hermitage, France. Suzanne's aspiration is that you love her bonbons as much as she loved making them for you.
